Hanselicht, a very captivating conference on city and urban lighting, covering multiple aspects and questions such as security, energy, costs, culture, staging, efficiency, healthy and much more. While the congress gathers a quite small amount of participants, less than 100, the event offers a very wide range of speakers and some exhibitors, each of them focused on a specific topic.
